Khadar Atash

Hand of the Flame

Description:

A caramel skinned half elf sporting fiery orange eyes and a shock of red hair, Khadar lounges casually within the common area. His slender frame and loose, flowing attire suggests he hails from a hot arid environment. Wrapped lower arms and legs would suggest martial training, yet the way he melts into the pillows of the lounge suggests otherwise.

Bio:

Khadar had his nobility robbed from him at an early age. Born of an Ekujae noble elf and a concubine, Khadar took on his mother’s status and was raised a servant. Blessed with Ekujae blood, he found desert life to his liking, though the chance to see how others above his status lived did not sit well with him. Khadar was only freed from the shackles of servitude when the pesh plantation he served was raided by gnolls. The panic of the attack unleashed a latent energy buried within his body, engulfing his body in flames and leaving his lower arms badly scarred. When he awoke, the plantation was destroyed and all were dead or missing.

Khadar journeyed to the port city of Katapesh to start his life anew. With new found power and confidence, Khadar quickly made a name for himself. His fast tongue and command of fire quickly caught the attention of recruiters. While most wanted to merely use him for hist talents, a missive from Ferrum offered Khadar the chance to answer the questions always on his mind. What is this power? Where did it come from? And most importantly, how long before it consumes even him?
